default location for plugin manager files?

I changed the location and now for the life of me I cannot find where the files are!

Would someone check in their folder in the plugin manager to tell me the location of the files?

Thanks.

There can be 2, depending on what version(s) of sonar & Windows you've got installed:

    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vst Plugins = 64 bit

    C:\Program Files(X86)\Cakewalk\Vst Plugins = 32 bit

    CbB, Platinum, 64 bit throughout
    Custom built i7 3930, 32Gb RAM, 2 x 1Tb Internal HDD, 1 x 1TB system SSD (Win 7), 1 x 500Gb system SSD (Win 10), 2 x 1Tb External HDD's, Dual boot Win 7 & Win 10 64 Bit, Saffire Pro 26, ISA One, Adam P11A,

thanks, but I mean the location of the files for the plugin manage utility, not the vst folder.  :)

    Do you mean plugin layouts?

    C:\Users\Colin\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR X2 Producer\Plug-in Menu Layouts

If that's not it then I'm afraid I haven't a clue what you mean

I don't know what you mean by the plugin manage utility

Sounds like you want the location of the PluginManager.exe and help file. Depending on the version you have installed it could either be in "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities" There is not much to be gained by moving the core of SONAR off the C drive except support problems.

scook - No I didn't move anything.  Just saved a file in a different location.

Bristol, yes!  plugin layouts!  Thank you so much.  No wonder I could not find it, I think that is a hidden folder by default.

    Great!

If it wasn't that, I was at a total loss.
