Marker

In the track view, I'm trying to erase some dead space in my lead vocal. When I try this, the marker is moving one whole step, example... 1:2:000 ... 1:3000 ... within the bar. That amount of change is too much. How can I refine this? Seems like it was ok before, but perhaps I've clicked something unknowingly to make this adjustment, suggestions pls?

You can find the Snap To Grid settings in the Snap Module of the Control Bar at the top of the SONAR workspace. To toggle Snap To Grid on/off, press N.

Scott, KPerry, thanks to you both, that solved my problem, don't understand why it did but I'm back to where I was before I somehow changed something...so many details. Scott, I'm gonna order your book today, seems like it will be very useful to me...

Hey Jeff... thanks very much! I hope you enjoy the book. It will definitely help with all the different functions you'll find in SONAR... including the Snap To Grid we were talking about here.

    Thanks!
