"Pheonix Me (Time Mix)" aka "Sad Statues" new age spoken word...

This song starts off with the name "Pheonix Me" and morphs back and forth to the song "Sad Statues"...just different names for different parts of the same song...

Kind of a new age vibe with vocals from a motivational change speaker cassette tape I found that my mom had to listen to for her work...the speakers series was called "The Phoenix Seminar" thus..."Phoenix Me" and the "Sad Statues" title comes from the slower parts of the song that remind me a little of Patrick O'hearn and I thought he would call that part of the song "Sad Statues".

This song was probably made with Pro Audio 9....it's pretty old.

My names paul and that's all...

This was really monotonous. The only relief were these random comments about time and software for the brain, which pretty much blue screens my brain's software within a minute or so. My constructive suggestions would be to add some changes to the droning synths in the background. Also, if you're going to use narration, give it a bit of substance and more meaning.

    Hey, Shawn,

Very classy synth work and a nice clear, wide mix!  I really like how the "chimey" melody synth line that comes in around the two minute mark adds a smooth new texture and momentum to the bouncy backing synth.

    Cool song, nice work, buddy!
