Platinum Samples Open Hat Not Closing Well (Choke) (Never Mind)

Is it something I'm doing/not?
 
Usually the closed hat sample chokes the open hat sample to simulate the closing effect...
 
For some reason (?) I'm not getting this with the (free) Platinum Samples Legends Kit...
 
Is anyone else experiencing this?
