Trouble Import Audio from a studio recording

Recently we recorded some track from a professional studio. But when I try to import the Raw wave files into my X2 .. it stop working..
That studio use Logic pro for recording and the files were bounce at 24 bit, mono, 44.1K
I tried to set my project same as the file property but it never loads into X2
But I can load them into my Ableton Live/Pro tools and again if I export them in same property then X2 loads them.

It never happens with any audio file. Just files from that studio. It's not a big deal though.
I don't check any other logic export( if anyone can give me a file then i can check it)
here's one of the recorded file

Please check the file and give me some advice. at least next time I can tell them what to do ...

I can play the file, but I can't import it into Sonar. Perhaps they have some copy protection scheme or Digital Rights Management to keep you from using it.

I don't know much about Logic, except that it is possible to export PC-compatible wave files - I know this because I've mixed projects in SONAR that had been recorded in Logic. They probably just ticked the wrong box when they bounced the tracks out.

SONAR isn't the only DAW that won't be able to read those files, but fortunately most audio editors can, including the free Audacity. Just load the files up in an editor and re-save them.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
