X1 won't play- Solved-Rec & play timing master.

X1 won't play- Solved-Rec & play timing master.

Had a lock up 
Would not complete processing a track to mono so I ended Sonar with task manager. On rerun, it could not find my sound card/interface, nor would it play.
Got that sorted with rebooting the interface a couple of time and rerunning Sonar, but still no songs play and the now time doesn't work other than 1 second, each time I hit space bar.
Ideas?

    Make sure your master bus is directed to your main outs 1/2 of your sound card. Make sure your tracks go to your master bus

    Oh, make sure your recording and playback timing master are set up to your audio interface
