I always use a cardioid mic to record my denials too (omni's tend to pick up too much incriminating background noise).

Actually, this is not true. Presidents always get two SM57s... and in the case of "I am not a crook" there was a third SM57 as backup. Don't ask me how I know. :-) best regards, mike

If you are talking about the movie, yes they used an RE20, but not for recording purposes.
