Welcome to the forum! Are you sure G-Track supports ASIO? I didn't see ASIO mentioned on G-Track site. IIRC the USB-mics don't support it. Remember: G-Track is NOT a microphone, it's a soundcard with a mic intergrated to it (or vice-versa), and that may cause hickups here and there.
Uhh...OK... I checked your attached picture. ASIO4ALL is not ASIO, it's WDM wrapper which should work with USB-mics. Select only the G-Track (USB-audio) in the list. Trying to use several soundcards is often problematic.
Do you see meters moving on the audio track? Is there any sign of a signal getting anywhere? Does it draw a waveform on the track when you record and the cursor moves?
Your "Audio Options" window says bit depth is 24, but in ASIO4ALL panel all bit depths are set to 16. I wonder if it matters.
Someone wiser than me will chime in, I'm sure :o/
PS: There are lots of threads about USB mics in SONAR forum and everywhere.
