Have anyone found the note numbers of keyboard lanes in Sonar x2 seems made a mistake?

It had been mistakenly shifted up 2 octaves
e.g. So many DAW softwares and VST instruments label the middle C as C3, e.g. reason, record, protools, cubase, nuendo, kontakt, realguitar, etc....
But Sonar x2 label the middle C as C5, so now C3 -> C5, C4 -> C6, C5 -> C7, etc......
So is it really a serious big bug? or really design these note numbers for any purposes?
But I can sure this is so trouble and uncomfortable for the most DAW musicians like us.
If it's really a bug, please fix it as soon as possible.

    Seems to function as advertised. Maybe you need to check this out http://www.cakewalk.com/D...&Req=Dialogs2.073.html Specifically Base Octave for Pitches BTW, you might also want to post questions about X2 in the X1/X2 forum above this one.

    All I ever figured back in the 80's was E2 was the low sting on a Bass and E3 on a Guitar. One of those things I don't loose sleep over for sure.
