Octacapture and USB 3.0

I just purchased a new computer and realized it has all new high speed 3.0 USB Ports.  I am considering buying the octacapture interface which says its USB 2.0.  I've saw a few posts on reviews where they were having trouble using it with 3.0 USB Ports.  Does anyone know if there is a problem or if it has been corrected?

Thanks!!

Your MB should still have a few USB 2.0 ports. The OctaCapture is usb 2.0 hardware using an usb 2.0 cable , So Usb 3.0 from what I understand only uses the bandwidth when used with 3.0 cable. So I dont think its a problem that needs to be corrected .
