Bounce three tracks to one - possible?

The Title says it all actually, but...
...so far I've had no luck in trying to group three tracks to one by selecting "Tracks - bounce to track".
...only managed to bounce THE WHOLE Mix to ONE TRACK or, when i chose maybe four tracks to bounce them together to  one, I would get four tracks again... USELESS!!

does anybody know better? pls help thx

MIDI or audio? Probably best to just send them to a bus, mix them, export them as mono (or stereo if you prefer) and import them back in as a single track. Seems you'd get more control and better results that way. I'm no pro though. Just tossing an idea out.

Oh and for midi I've managed to bounce multiple tracks into one by selecting the clips themselves and bouncing. Forget the exact procedure though but they all ended up in the same track/PRV.

Exim not necessary. Just like the link suggest, bounce through a bus.

for MIDI you would select all tracks you want- then edit - copy; select Edit menu then select paste special then select to a single track.

There ya go. I was just using my archaic way of looking at stuff. I guess the bounce is basically like an in project export anyway. Cheers.

Yeah, bounce is bounce, just give it a target. If the target is out if the project it becomes an export.
