Cakewalk Support closed 6/10/2013?

I'm getting a message that support is closed today (its noon EST). It says to check the website for hours and closures but today is not listed as a closed day. Is customer support open today or is it closed? I need to contact them today. Thanks for your help.

    Telephone support is from 1PM to 6PM Eastern time (at least according to the website)
