If they are indeed truly missing, you should be able to either copy them from an existing Sonar install (prior version, if you have one), or you could do a custom install and only select the templates for the install.
The default location for Project Templates, per the install process, is: C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR X2 Producer\Project Templates.
If you selected a different drive or path during install, you will need to specify your alternate path in:
Preferences>File>Folder Locations.
If your path for Project Templates is valid, as it appears in Preferences>File>Folder Locations, then go to that folder location and take a look at what's there, and post back.
If your path for Project Templates is NOT valid, then again in Preferences>File>Folder Locations, click the little 'dots' to the right of the Templates path, and navigate to where they really are installed on your system. (and if they are not anywhere on your system, as I noted above, do the custom install and just pick the Templates to get installed).
