Eleven Rack Question....??? Can you use the Mic Input for Vox??

Ok, this may be a stupid question but I am wondering if the eleven rack could be used as a general audio interface to run vocals thru.. ?? can I also use it as a monitor out from my DAW? I know its obviously a guitar unit, but It does have a mic input.. I figured if you just bypass any modeling i could still us it as a general input in my Daw... And if so is this the same as any other USB interface.. I just recently returned my Roland V Studio 100 as I was experiencing an issue with the controller recognizing midi commands..  That was my I/O for my SONAR rig..  I typically track bands live with my 2 syncd Roland VS2400's... And then export all tracks and dump them into X2......   I do my overdubs and punches, editing, mixing, plugins, and mastering in X2.. But as I returned my VS 100 I now have no way to do my overdubs..  nor do i have a sufficient internal sound card..
Please Note that the only reason I am considering this as an option is because the ElevenRack is bundled with ProTools 10 with a free upgrade to ProTools 11 @ Sweetwater for $699.. The way I see it, If this is possible, I can Still dump my tracks into Sonar from the Roland VS2400's, get an AWESOME guitar processor, a general mic input for vocals, and the Bonus of ProTools 11 (which I would love to try out) for a mere $699.... any advice would be great! Thanks
