Re: MOTU audio drivers? 2013/06/17 08:46:56 (permalink)
Hello... I always disable my motherboard audio first... My network device second, in the "Device Manager" then power my DAW Audio interface... before starting Cakewalk... so Cakewalk does not see or load wave drivers for my motherboard audio output/device.

    Hi Mike,

The ASIO drivers are installed as part of the full MOTU driver package.
You just need to go into FooBar and select ASIO/MOTU (not sure what the exact steps are as I don't use FooBar).  This is similar to Sonar defaulting to WDM/KS.  Select ASIO/MOTU and you should be good-to-go.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Mike,

The disk option is no different... well... except that it's likely *WAY* old.   :)
If you don't see an ASIO option, it has to be down to FooBar.

MOTU ASIO shows up here with Sonar, Cubase, DP8, all current Native Instruments products, Vegas Pro 12, all Adobe audio/video apps, etc.

    Best Regards,
