Is this the place for "about this forum" topics?

Many forums have specific sections for forum issues or questions. I don't see one here, so I'll take a shot in this one.
 
I'd like to mention that using a CAPTCHA for logging in is annoying. Isn't a user name and password enough?  This is a forum, not a bank!

    Well, we've gone from about 20 spammers down to about two so I guess it's helping.
     
    Pretty soon I won't know where to get my kitchen remodeled or how to get a fake passport.

    Allowing only one time to enter in a password seems to be not the norm. At least a couple of times would help without putting in the words in the box page because a person goofed up.

    I guess I'm glad I don't have to deal with that then.  I only signed in once and selected "leave me logged in" so I haven't had to do it a second time yet.

    And why don't drivers use their turn signals?
