There seems to be a certain time of night when posting doesn't work for me. When they said it was because the SEO improvements they had made had prompted search engine spiders to go nuts, I kind of understood that. But come on, it's been weeks now.

One thing I've noticed recently, but I can't say for sure that this wasn't also a problem with the old software, is that links to posts in old threads no longer work. For example, the first post in this thread contains a link to another forum message. Clicking on it produces : Server Error : 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. You have to extract the message number from the link and append it to http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/ as in http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/186937 to go to the message. _______________________ Thanks for the tip that highlighting text makes the link button become available. And John, the link text is then replaceable with any text. The only pain is if you forget to add a space after the link before inserting it, the rest of the text on the line will be included in the link.

brconflict I'm not having issues, with the new forum, but lowering the line-spacing and add a "go to last post" button would certainly be nice. Reading on an iPhone or iPad requires lots of scrolling.
If you clic on the "Last update : xx minutes ago" under the thread title on the threads page you'll go to the last post of the thread.

Not always. Often times it puts me on a page pages short of the last one. Other times it puts me somewhere in the middle of the thread.

I'm in agreement with SkylineUK, nearly all of my posts only appear after multiple attempts to post, sometimes spanning several hours of retries. Like this one

I have to say the mobile formatting is a big improvement! Thanks cakewalk! It would be nice to see signatures though since that's where most people list their specs. Perhaps in users profile?

for some reason that's not working so well for me( "Last update : xx minutes ago") its random at best, some times shows me a post I made in the thread or half way down the page or even the last page of the thread(which it should show the last post, not the top of the last page.) peace
