The Mad Professor joins the "cheap" Kontakt Library revolution!

Just received an email from Rhythmic Robot about a new range of "cheap" Kontakt Libraries - Nanomods - I'm listening to the first of these, Rich Pads, as I type and it sounds pretty nice - and its only 3 POUNDS - so I think I'll get this.
Hopefully this will lead to a nice range of "small" budget type libraries, a bit like like those from Hollow Sound and Hideaway Studios.
Cheers
Nigel

Thanks.  Good price, rich pad.  The GUI looks almost like Hollow Sun or Hideaway, but the sound is "cleaner", not relicesque or archaic or as vintage sounding as those other affordable and way cool products.  For 3 pounds it might be worth it, but I have other nice clean pads (Alchemy).  I will wait for a while and see what else they release.

[Edit: I looked at their Product Finder and it looks like they specialize in 1980's era synths.  Still they have a lot of affordable offerings]

Interesting in terms of the controls. Might not be that great, but the price isn't daunting. Might turn out to be a pleasant surprise.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

I just had a look through their stuff and sent them a request for their free C64 SID chip library....been wanting to put together some 80's video game style music for a while and this looks like the business....
