I found one of my tunes I can't remember recording.
It's a cover of Shenandoah. I'm not sure how long ago I did this - since I can't remember doing it - probably seven or eight years ago - just a guess. Anyway, I do know that this is my Gibson ES 335 on both of the tracks. Enjoy. https://soundcloud.com/macdaddy/shenandoah

Beautiful version of this tune I love the pristine tone. Just a hint of distortion hiding under the clean shimmer... I can still picture the opening scene of that series on TV.... The guy on the horse bundled against the storm.... blizzard if I recall..... As it turns out, my brother and mom now live in the Shenandoah valley in Virginia as does my daughter. Beautiful place, beautiful music. Thanks for sharing that

Sounds as if it was all done in two takes...two tracks and done well. You could play pretty well even way back then I see. Nice.

Hi Mark, so let me see if I got this straight .. you record two guitars , one at a time playing on separate tracks so they are playing as a duet on a tune called Shenandoah . then you forget you recorded it , yet you remember that you played it on a Gibson ES 335....Right ? hhhmmmm... , the circumstances surrounding this wonderful sounding rendition of a Shenandoah played as a guitar duet sounds like a very rare classic case of double amnesia great job on the tune Kenny

A very emotional rendition of a classic, as Herb noted great tone. Thanks for sharing. even if the memory is a little shaky
