Sonar X2 can't see my midi keyboard

I've been using Sonar X2 with Win 64 quite successfully with my M-Audio Axiom 25 pro controller keyboard. I've just bought a Sub-Zero 61 note controller keyboard but Sonar cant see it. I think the problem could be that it appears in windows device manager (Under Sound, Game & Video controllers) but doesn't have a name, the name field is blank. I can open it in MidiOx fine, and also I can open it and use it fine in Korg Polysix stand alone plugin.
 
My guess is that because it doesn't have a name then Sonar is ignoring it and not offering it as a midi input device. Is there any way to edit the inf file for it in windows 7 so that I can give the poor machine a name? Or any other suggestions?
 
Sub Zero are Chinese oem keyboards, also available from Thomann, branded as Fame.
