Missing Audio Outputs

I am getting a mono mix During playback when I listen through my monitor outs. When I looked in my audio/Devices menu I noticed I'm missing some output drivers particularly the Right monitor out. My Audio interface is UA Apollo and I contacted Universal Audio about this. The UA support guy was the one who actually spotted the problem and worked for some time on it but couldn't fix it. It seemed to me that this may have started when I installed Pod HD software. It adds an audio output driver of it's own so I uninstalled the Pod software, uninstalled all the UA software and drivers then reinstalled the UA software and drivers following their instructions. I am still missing my right monitor output. Has this happened to anyone else? Perhaps I need to uninstall and reinstall Sonar??

Doesn't sound like a Sonar problem - you have checked the obvious like both side of your mains are turned up yes?

Are you getting signal on both mains meters?

You say you're getting a mono output from your monitors - is this a signal coming out of one speaker only or is it centred & mono?

This could be a due to many, many reasons.

Start checking the obvious - swap speakers around, swap cables around, double check your mains (did I say that already?)
Check on headphones routed to a separate pair of interface outputs.

I am fairly certain it's not a routing or wiring problem, it's a driver problem. I'm missing the the Right Monitor output driver in my Audio Devices menu and I need that driver. Playback through the monitor out's is in mono through both speakers. Could this be a Windows 8 problem?

By the way meter signal is fine, I can monitor in stereo through other channel outs.

Make sure all your outs are defined in Sonar's Preference menu
