Fast Track Pro Issues with New Driver (+Lexicon MX400 VST Issues)

Hello all. I'm running Sonar X2 on a 32-bit Win7 machine and just upgraded the drivers on my M-Audio Fast Track Pro to the recently released 6.1.10 and I've discovered that it's only showing one analog input and output and, oddly, only one digital input and output. Each one shows up as just Channel 1 left. I've enabled all the inputs and outputs on the FastTrack control panel, but still no luck.
 
Anyone else having these issues or have any ideas?
 
Separately, I'm trying to get a Lexicon MX400 to work within Sonar, but the VST plug-ins give me an error about MAIN CALL (or something to that effect) and saying that they aren't compatible. I called Lexicon support and they said they typically only see that on 64-bit Windows systems, but that's not the issue for me.
 
Any ideas on that one?
