My wife sat through it playing iSoliatire and muttering "this is the dumbest movie ever."

I get that response with a number of movies I select.  When she feels I've lowered my IQ about as far as we can measure, she'll seize the remote and put an end to her misery.

Shopping channel, right?

Well I just watched it today and actually found it very educational!

Some things I learned (warning spoliers):

1. Sharks growl and bark like wolves.
2. A hole in your vehicle's gas tank means it is going to sponaneously explode in 5 seconds.
3. You can fly a helicopter into a tornado. Safely.
4. A single 9mm bullet has enough inertia to stop a 1200 pound object flying at you.
5. You can stop a tornado with a 40 oz bottle of propane.
6. You can survive a shark attack unharmed if you have a chainsaw. Even if it swallows you.
6a. You can save your employees while you're at it if they were previously swallowed by the same shark.
7. The most convenient place to find a full can of gasoline is next to a swimming pool.

Best of all:
8. Sharks can climb ropes!

Good to know.  I'll keep those in mind the next time I find myself inside a shark or a tornado.
