I am not sure what you are trying to do. Are you using acoustic drums, midi drums, soft synth like Session drummer or what ? Need input.

I am using real drums and I am trying to get everything lined up on time in the session because I dumped other tracks from zoom r16.

How many tracks ? is the project set at the correct tempo ? If you enable the metronome is the project falling on the clicks ??

Well you are going to spend a good amount of time doing this. jeremiah0812 total of 28 tracks ... Project is not in time... Project is falling off click
Sorry but I have been in a session for a while. Wow, you will spend some time doing this. I am not sure what version Sonar you are using. How did you wind up with so many tracks and drums not in time ? Did you not do the transfer all at once ? I am asking all these questions because I am trying to figure out the easiest way for you to go. Set measure to now time is how I would start. That is done with audio snap. If all the other tracks except drums are in time with each other, it will help a bunch. Personally, I always need to work from the grid when doing something like you are trying to do because my experience is, if looks right, it is.

I believe Audio Snap can build a tempo map from the existing tracks, if that helps get things lined up to the tracks. Bob Bone

Well I can't even get answer as to whether the 18 tracks line up or not. My guess it that it is multiple dumps into Sonar. If so there will probably be lots of snips and I believe he will have to line up the grid to some track or other. That would put him most of the way there and give him a good visual reference. Back in the day, I transferred many 16 and 24 track tapes with only 4 convertor channels. All grades of problems if there was no sync and the devices were running wild. That's is exactly how I learned to never try to have a DAW reliably sync to external TC. But I suppose it native to nearly everything now. For sure what he's wanting to do can be done a couple ways but I guess he missed his deadline.
