Summer Breeze

Hi,

We're having a heatwave in the UK at the moment and in the middle of all this sunshine and still air I sat at my piano and this came out of it.

I'm worried it might be a little too basic, or a little too twee, but it's a Summer Breeze not a deep meaningful soul-searching piece.

It's a free download for now so please help yourself!

For those that don't know, I don't own a real piano :-( and so I play and record on a Yamaha Clavinova CLP-130 that I bought 10 years ago because I was impressed with it's sound quality (and very realistic touch sensitivity). I try to make it sound as realistic as possible by carefully using a professional reverb plugin and I'd like to know how realistic it sounds to the people on here with better ears than mine. Any comments or thoughts?

Cheers,
Terry.

Sounds real to me. Did you use this same instrument on Year of the Snake? Just kidding around with you. Really, the sound is really nice and sounds like the real thing- A Piano. Nice little tune for just messing around. Looking forward to see where you take this one.

Terry - I love this piece.  The piano sounds great.  Your touch and creativity make this whole piece happen.  I wish is was longer. :)

I haven't been in a room with a real acoustic piano in months... so this sounds believable to me...
    Lovely performance and recording btw...

Thanks everyone for listening and especially for commenting. I'm glad my ears didn't deceive me when I bought the Clavinova all those years ago.

    Thanks again,
    Terry.
