"Reset Button" - that is a nasty error and when I have had it (many many times) it means that my project has become corrupt. I cannot say for sure what has caused the corruption, but it probably is a bad plugin.
When you are loading your project use safe mode (hold shift while loading) and do not load any plugins at all, then test to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't then you can either rebuild the project starting from scratch with no plugins or you can try to reload the project and try not loading one plugin at a time until the project works.
In my experience if you are having the "reset button" error your only option is to make multiple backup copies of your project as you go along, then when this error occurs you can reload from your last backup save. My projects usually have upwards of 50+ backups (no joke) as I make different versions etc. Usually when I save I save "project 4" & "project 4 backup" as a precaution. Make it a habit to only load the non-backup version so that you can load the backup version when "reset button" occurs again.
