Can I delete my original Sonar 8.0 program?

Can I delete my original Sonar 8.0 program?

When I originally purchased My Sonar software, I got the Sonar 8.0 software, and then the on-line upgrade for 8.5. My CPU usage seems to crash alot while recording, and I am wondering if I can delete the original 8.0, or will I lose the upgrade?(not sure if one piles on to the other, or if they are separate)??? Just trying to clear up space.

    IIRC, SONAR 8.5 was the first version available as a download. To keep the size of the download small, the download version relied on parts of the existing 8.0 installation. If you do remove the 8.0 specific parts, you would recover less than 200MB of space.
