Studio Reverb II / plugin FX question

Hi guys, it's been a while since I last posted as I've been a pretty happy Reaper user for years now.... but, I still love my Sonar Home Studio from time to time.
 
About the included plugins (the ones that were initially designed for Project 5) such as Tempo Delay, Multi-Voice Chorus/Flanger, Classic Phaser, Modfilter, etc).....
 
I can get all of these DX plugins (or DXI, as it were) to show up in Reaper... except Studio Reverb II.
 
I really love that effect (even though I know most people don't), it honestly is my favorite reverb out of ALL the ones I have (including EpicVerb from Bootsy / Variety Of Sound, Glaceverb, Sonitus, and several reverbs that cost money.
 
Is there any way to get this plugin to show up in my available effects? All of the ones included in Home Studio work except this, and I have no idea why. I've ran the command to register the plugins for availability (REGSVR32 command) and I still can't get it to show up. Any idea why? I would absolutely LOVE to have this reverb available in other DAWs, especially Reaper. Don't get me wrong, I still use Sonar a lot, but Reaper fits my needs more these days for different sorts of things.
