Dumb(?) Newbie Question

I'm new to Music Creator 6 and have already recorded the backing tracks for a complete song. I just need to add effects and vocals and I'm done.

The problem is that the "properties inspector" has popped up on top of my "track inspector" so I cannot properly adjust track volumes or add effects until it is minimized. For the life of me I can't figure out how to get rid of it!

Thanks for your help.

Click the blue tab at the top of the inspector

Insert volume control envelopes to control the volume automatically.

That would be the yellow lines in this picture
