Sonar X2 and Auto-Tune Evo VST Not Playing Nicely Together

Everything is fine if I use auto mode. Also, I can switch to graphic mode and track a clip, but then I cannot save the Sonar project. I get the little blue circle telling me to wait....and wait. I'm using Win7 64 bit. Any suggestions? Thank you.
