Sonar X2 Producer- No playback from output devices

I just recently installed Sonar X2 Producer on a laptop after upgrading it to a 64 bit OS. After installing the sound drivers and whatnot, i opened a project and attempted to hear the playback. I couldn't hear a thing. I checked the selected output devices, checked all the boxes, and still got nothing. I am not using an audio interface at this point, just the laptop speakers, and i cannot figure out why it won't playback the audio. I'm running it on a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows 7 x64. My audio driver is Sigmatel STAC 92xx C-Major HD Audio 64bit R153910. I've included a picture of my output devices options in case it would help. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Install the ASIO4All drivers.  http://asio4all.com/
     
    laptop builtin audio devices are not really suited for music production.  you should really get a small scarlett 2 input audio interface or any of the small decent audio interface boxes.
     
    But try installing the ASIO4All driver and then select that in the screen you posted.  should work, with drop outs latency but you should hear sound.

    Should i uninstall my current drivers, or leave them be.
