Sonar 7HS Suddenly Not Seeing Plugins on Start Scan

I just almost finished a project in Sonar 7HS using a lot of plugins. Everything worked perfectly during mixdown.
Now when I open it, it is giving me an error message saying that many of the plugins are missing or can't be found.
What's really weird is it is saying that Session Drummer 2 is missing as well.  I haven't moved anything around in the VST folder, and all plugins were loading fine.

I can see the plugins within the VST folder, and can open them with Sonar X2, which I just got. I tried uninstalling, then re-installing Sonar 7HS, but the problem remains.  I'm running Sonar 7HS on an i5 / 4MB RAM / Win7 64 bit. I read somewhere that Sonar 7HS doesn't like the  64 bit OS, but other 32 bit programs run fine, and that did too for at least
a year with no problems until recently.

Does anyone have any clues about how I can get Sonar 7HS to see my plugins again? Thanks in advance!

Did you try simply re-scanning the VSTs in Plugin Manager, which would be the first thing to do?

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
