Problems installing bC FreqAnalyst Multi

I purchased thru the Cakewalk store. Got an email saying to use the key below, however there was no key. Found a serial number in the cakewalk store, found a key in another email.  While installing I am prompted for a "user" and "key".   What is the "user" and what is the "key"  I just bought this and I cannot use it.  Please help!  It wants a user name.  what user name do I use, my computer user (doesn't work), the email I registered with (doesn't work)...... ugggggggggggggg I should have just resisted the urge to buy it.....
