    Hi Philip , this sure sounds happy. Vocals could be a bit louder imho.

    Phillip, Yes, very happy sounding song, but the mix needs a tad of panning and vocals need to stand out front of the instrumentation. Hard to make out what is being sung. Nice sound though, just needs a little adjustment here and there.

    Philip - crazy good and very original!  I love the innocence of the vocals against a kind of rock"ish" funky, driven bass and rock rhythm section.  The mix is so cool - love the guitar and bass tones.  The vocals are so cool - the way they are arranged, and the different tones of the vocalists.  Great mix.  Great Vocals.  This is so original that I can't put my finger on what it reminds me of.

     Hi Philip,

     At first I thought maybe you had taken adult vocals and put them up a few octaves, but I think you were able to get some kids to really sing here well enough to record. Hats off on that one. I  love to hear the underlying beats you come up with, made the song feel a little different than what I hear in most kids songs. The words were not straight up intelligible to me at all times. Maybe this is my hearing. I monitored on ATHM50s. I could make out most of the lyrics. I really think you could make one bangin' kids album if you were ever to decide to, and I think people would buy it.

    Utmost thanks Starise, GuitarTrek, John, and Rik ... I'm noting all your excellent thoughts ... mostly on the vocal clarity :):):)

    The 1st 2 verses I sang like David Bowie (don't ask me how) ... once the beatz (beatscape) invoked a dancier performance ... hence the scat-masking of intelligibility.

    2 children sang;
    Joy (10 y/o daughter) sang the second 2 verses ... with outlandish pomp (which she can only do when with me alone in the studio).

    'Focused more on vocal texture(s) here ... than clarity.  I'll definitely up the vocals a bit since you all validate the vocals as worthy.

    Again, thank you my friends!
