I've never done it before in 10 + years using sonar. How to open them and where are<the instructions for their content

I have not known yet any living being, terrestrial nor extraterrestrial that has told me or manifested that does not like music... and you?

Are you asking about the tutorials in the X2 documentation?

I've seen tutorial files that comes with the installation of any SONAR version. The are .CWB and CWP files in a bundle format and they're used as tutorials for mixing, mastering, etc. They come with audio and/or midi files and are intended (I believe) to show how to use SONAR and its tools in these and other situations. In X2 they're located in the "Tutorial Projects" folder which is inside the "Cakewalk Content" folder

I have Producer Edition 8,  & I've only ever seen/used the "Help" function.  I wasn't even aware of this function within the application itself.  I usually just search the youtube channel as needed.

"Bite off more than you can chew, then start chewing".
