Something else for $20

Sampletekk's amped Wurlitzer electric piano library, $19.60 today and tomorrow only.

Also on sale: a carillon for $10, an anvil and bell collection for $10, a marimba for $19.60 and an amped Rhodes for $56. And one I've not heard yet: a sampled ARP Solina (string synthesizer) for $12 .

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Thanx for the heads up, I was looking for a carillon. These are no brainers for sure.

The reason people say the vinyl sounds better is because the music was better.

I'd pay $12 to not have to hear that thing.

Doctor to patient: "I have some bad news, and some really bad news".

Patient: "Give me the bad news first".

Doctor: "The tests came back and said you have three days left to live".

Patient: "Yikes! What could possibly be worse news than that?"

Doctor:  "I meant to call you last Tuesday."

Sorry, I wrote "today and tomorrow only" but I was a day late. It should have read "today and yesterday only". The good news is that Sampletekk has multiple half-price sales every year with an extra 10% off for repeat customers, so those prices will be available again, probably before the end of the year.

Thanks bit.

Reminds of the old Henny Youngman joke:

~ Doctor gave a man 6 months to live.

When the man couldn't pay his Doctor bill, the Doctor gave him 6 more months to live! ~

Thanks for the news on the repeat sales there.

Truth is - I have way too much stuff already, so probably just as well. I have some Rhodes & a few Wurlys, including that being the very first actual keyboard I ever bought when I was just 16 in 1977.

I also have free Carillon [among others] with a previous Pianoteq purchase from last year, and too many soft synths as well, so I'm well stocked anyhow.

LoL. Actually that was the one I nearly bought, sense prevailed as it did last time it was on sale. The one in Hollow Suns "Prog Pack", which I already have is Solina enough. I remember trying one of these out in a music shop when they first came out, at the time it was something special, and way above my budget.

Intel i7 3770K @4.4GHz, 32GB RAM, 240GB SSD System disk, 2 x 2TB and 1 x 1TB (with SSD Cache) HDD. Windows 10,  Sonar Platinum. Roland Quad Capture.
