SONAR LE isn't letting me MIDI sync...

Hi. I'm using a Roland Fantom with the driver i've installed for it. I've gone into preferences and ticked all the necessary buttons for MIDI clock and it still won't let me sync them.
I'm also using a Roland Quad Capture for my audio capture.
What do I do now?
I never have this problem when I use Cubase.
