[ SOLVED ] SX2a - FX chain Grapics Folder

C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR X1 Producer\FX Chain Graphics
Can the FX Chain Graphics be moved to the SONAR X2 Producer, folder (and still work)? For some reason it's still located in X1 folder.
SONAR X1 Producer - FX Chain Graphics
SONAR X2 Producer - ?

    Yes, update the "FX Chains Presets" entry in Preferences > File > Folder Locations
    It was probably initialized to the X1 location when the install process copies preferences.

    I did as suggested  and the path is already set correctly. I just want to know if I can move the FX Chain Graphics Folder. For some reason it is located in X1, not X2, but is functioning correctly. I'm not understanding how X2a is finding the graphics.
    Preferences > File > Folder Locations
    FX Chain Presets> C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR X2 Producer\FX Chain Presets

    Ah, the Graphics folder, sorry missed that. There is a registry entry for that one also but no visibility in the preferences dialog. You will have to do the registry edit by hand if you want to change that folder location.
     The entry is in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR Producer\X2\UserPaths key EffectsChainArtworkFolder

    My X2 put it here: C:\Users\Steven\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR X2 Producer
     
    My X3 lists it in X1 folder. Thanks to this thread I corrected the registry.
     
    Not sure why Sonar goofed this up.
