Registration Help

Hello.  I am installing Sonar X3 Producer in my new DAW.  The installation went well.  I just ran the program for the first time and need to do the "Complete Registration" page.

The Cakewalk Store has a page called "My Registrations" which shows me what products I've purchased, and includes serial numbers and something called "Registration Code" for each prodcut.  However, the Sonar "Complete Registration" page does not accept all of the "registration code" listed on "My Registrations" - the "registration code" on the "My Registration" page has more digits than are accepted on the "Complete Registration" Sonar page.

How do I complete the registration of my Sonar X2 Producer product?  Thank you.

You should get an email w/ the reg number.  Did you not?

It could be a glitch.  Contact support.  You should have 30 days use to get this sorted out.

Problem solved - I got it!

After making my initial post, I went back to my DAW and tried again.  This time it worked fine and registration is now complete.

So as usual, the problem was between my ears: I must have been inputting the registration code incorrectly.

Thanks to all who replied, and sorry for the pointless post.

And yes, I really am Elton John (just not the one who wrote all those famous songs).
