convert "?" Track to MIDI for use with Drum Map

There are 4 different track Icons. MIDI, Multi, Audio and...?
How to convert the Kick track (and all other separate drum tracks) to a MIDI track that can use a Drum Map?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. You don't need to convert a track, just set it's output to the drum map. Then make sure that the map is outputting to the correct synths. All a drum map is is a way of setting up a track to use multiple drum synths. Map the in notes to the out notes and assign those notes to a synth on a per note basis.

    Hi,
as seen in the image there is not a drum map option because of the type of track that is created with "all synth audio out stereo) is it a simple instrument track?
    What I'm trying to do:
Split SD2 into individual MIDI tracks so MIDI data can be recorded to them.
I want a drum map for every drum track. So when the Kick track is Piano roll viewed, the drum map is showing.
The way it's setup now, none of the tracks have a record button, and if tracks are frozen they bounce to one track.
Track1 MIDI Kick (record ONLY kick MIDI data here)
Track2 MIDI snare (record ONLY snare MIDI data here) etc.
    What I'm getting is:
Track1 Kick> PLAY BACK meters only (no record MIDI function) no drum map option=default piano roll view
Track2 snare> PLAY BACK meters only (no record MIDI function) no drum map option=default piano roll view
With all this crazy talk, I'll post an image :)
Basically I want to record MIDI data to each track. Right now If drag/drop a groove  ALL the separate drums are combined in 1 MIDI clip on 1 track. I then have to manually separate all the parts and drag them to their respective tracks. Same with recording.
