tried to load a track template no go

I had a track template with 16 synths in it so I could load and play a different vsti per midi channel and only 2 of the synth tracks would load out of the 16 so I am wondering is this typical or am I doing something wrong? 

Samsung I7 8 mb ram windows 8 64 bit on everything x2 & X1 producer line 6 podfarm gold interface event monitors Ibanez rg 350 guitar and GA6CE classical edirol pcr 500 keystation 88 plugins out the wazoo

    Please post back with how much memory you have, and please list the synths you have in this template.
     
    Also, what is it that happens when you try to load the template?
     
    I did not quite understand what exactly is not loading.

    I have synthmaster, Z3ta, Rapture LE, SI strings, Prodigious, Alchemy CM, True amber, Organized Trio, Church organ 2, Sforzando, Dune BE, Synth1, Minimogue Luxus, Voyager via a Reaper rewire for their bridging, Dimension Pro I think one more but I can't remember it. 
     
    This is on my laptop which is an I7 with 8 gigs of memory windows 8 is the operating system

    synthmaster and dune be are the only ones that load out of all of the synths I put into the track template
