Project > Set Measure/Beat at Now

I have Sonar X2 Essential. The Project > Set Measure/Beat at Now menu item is greyed out, and I can't get it to not be greyed out. Is Project > Set Measure/Beat at Now a Studio/Producer only feature?
 
I have Windows 8.
