X2 loop construction crashes

Hey everybody, I am using SONAR X2 and every time I go to preview a loop in the loop construction window sonar crashes, even if I just go to change the beat resolution of the loop in question then sonar will crash. I have tried it multiple times but the crashing still persists. I know that it is not my computer because I have 12gb of ram with quad core processing. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
