How Do I Remove This? (from the browser)

Hello Everyone,
 
This might be a real simple one.  I am unsure how this got there, but it's a bit annoying.   Why do I have a "Track Templates" at the top (see the red arrow), and then again in alphabetical order in the list?  I only want it once and would like to remove it from the top.  Any suggestions?

    There is a delete function to the right of the drop down. If that does not work the Content Location Presets are stored in the registry "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR Producer\X2\ContentLocations"
