Where is Fade In/Out?

I remember asking this earlier and I can not find it again. I found one under "Clip"- "Fade Clip". It has Fade in and Fade out options. It is frozen Soft Synth Audio track. All I need it to do is to have volume dropping down over 4 measures. That "Fade Clip" did not help at all. What happened to a little thingy at the end of a clip that used to be making crossfades and fade in/outs easy by manipulating the end of the clip? Thank you.

The fade hotspots are at the top of the clip on both ends
