    I'm just not fond of it being pink though.....when I take a bite, I prefer in not hearing the cow moooooooo.

    Omaha steaks are excellent!!
    I just asked the good lady to start marinating (dry rub) a few rib eye's for din din.....with a good bottle of Merlot to complete the meal. :)
