Horizontal scroll issue with middle mouse button

I can't get the middle-mouse button horizontal scroll to work in Piano Roll view.  Is this a Cakewalk issue or an issue with my mouse button setup?  Here's a screen-cast .

    Are you holding down Ctrl + Alt while doing that? It works fine here.
