Time stretching wav file by tempo (enter old tempo, new tempo, process) - How??

I am unable to find this basic function in sonar X2 that I'm used to doing in soundforge and nuendo - if i want to change a wav file from 140 bpm to 125 bpm I just right click - time stretch - enter old tempo and new tempo and process - its done.

How do I do it in sonar x2?

I can only find options to do it by entering new length in seconds or some complicated audiosnap feature.
