Sonar X2a update issue

I'm trying to update date to Sonar X2a, but when I hit the link to download the update file, nothing happens.  It just open the same page again.  Is there an issue with this?  Has anybody else had the same problem?

    I just tried all three links on this page and they all launched my download manager.

    What browser are you trying to do the downloads from?  It works fine in Chrome, which has its own embedded download manager in it.
