Recording a piece of music on Sonar and changing it to mp3 for email and web site purposes
That is all I would like to know; how I can record a tune, prepare it and load it to my web site or send it by email as MP3. Possibly I can be directed the a place where this info is available for reading. Thanks Kindly!

That's a pretty broad question - I'd recommend watching some of the introductory videos or read the tutorials / manual. This could be a long discussion depending on whether you're looking to record either MIDI or audio, whether you're looking to apply effects, etc.
Just "preparing" a tune can be a detailed process depending on the level of quality you're looking for - (e.g. using EQ, Compression, Reverb, mastering, panning recommendations, basic mixing questions, etc) Go to the Cakewalk Sonar youtube channel - there are lots of great videos there that will get you started quickly.
If you're familiar with other DAWs or even analog consoles / analog recording equipment, alot of the functions within Sonar will be very intuitive. Once you've got a basic understanding of recroding, if you have more specific questions (e.g. I'm unable to record digital audio or MIDI, or unable to apply a certain effect, or unable to export audio to MP3) - I'm sure someone here can help you.

1. Press record for that track to record your instrument 2. Every song is prepared different, just like every painting is painted different. mixing is an art. There are no right or wrong ways to prepare, as long as you get the sound you want.. It can take years to understand 5% of what you need to know, so be patient. 3. After you have recorded it and mixed it and maybe mastered it, you should export it it to a wave file that is 16 bit and 44.1kHz wave file. 4. Then convert the wave file to a 320 bitrate (to keep the quality) MP3 There are tons of videos and the help file is awesome as it contains step by step instructions and tutorial. you will need to spend allot of time learning sonar, as its a professional program. if you're asking how to export to mp3, that too isn't quite simple. sonar comes with an mp3 encoder. its free initially but after a time it prompts you to pay for a license ($20 i think). if you've never exported to mp3, you're probably within the freeness.
i export (file:export) to wav and use sound forge to do the mp3 encoding. there are also a ton of free mp3 encoders. try downloads dot com. (cnet)

I think you need to decide if you want a multi track studio oriented program as complicated as a DAW, vs a recording program.
If you want the basic ability to record, trim, fade, normalise and convert to MP3 then Audacity is free.

Your post is very vague.
You seem to be asking :
1. How do I record music? (BIG topic)
2. "Prepare" is vague as well.
3. This forum has nothing to do with websites.
4. Sonar does make mp3's with it's export function and you will find this has been discussed many times. (Search function)
If you become specific, you will get specific help.

I assume you are using Sonar X.xx as to why asking at this particular Forum area.
You will use SoundCloud. All Sonar X's link a direct upload too.
From your Webpage, FaceBook, Twitter etc. you simply provide your clients a link to your FREE SoundCloud.
If you just want to make MP3, using an app. like the FREE Audacity, is a best option.
Export your song to SoundCloud at any "rate"; top rate is 16 bit 44.1K; Then SoundCloud distributes at MP3 for you anyway.
